Free up the space

✅️ Remove all decorations such as photo frames or candle holders or figurines from all window sills.
✅️ Remove all curtains and blinds.

Preparation

✅️ Check every window for tough stains or bird droppings and remove them using appropriate technique
✅️ Check all window handles and locking mechanisms for any damage or loosen screws

Cleaning window frame

✅️ Check all frame perimeter for any tough spots or grease, scrub them off using plastic scrubber or sponge
✅️ Wet wipe using cleaning solution all frame perimeter around one window
✅️ Wipe dry all frame perimeter using microfibre cloth

Washing and cleaning glass

✅️ Wash one window glass at a time using cleaning solution and sponge several times to get rid of dust and grease (especially from outside)
✅️ Wipe cleaning solution down using rubbed squeegee
✅️ Wipe off excess water from all corners using dry microfibre cloth

✅️ Vacuum clean dust from ventilation hole on top of the frame (if any)
✅️ Wet wipe ventilation hole from outside and inside
✅️ Wet wipe drainage holes from the bottom of the frame, remove any rubbish blocking holes

Window handle

✅️ wet wipe window handle
✅️ wipe dry window handle using microfibre cloth
✅️ tighten all loosen screws
✅️ check locking mechanism working properly

Window sill

✅️ Wash off or scrub away any tough stains
✅️ Wet wipe all window sill using clean sponge
✅️ Wipe dry all sill using dry cloth
✅️ Wash and clean window sill from outside (if any)
✅️ Scrub away any bird droppings and wipe clean using dry cloth
